Radio.
I started in radio as a volunteer in Inverness at the age of 9, got my own show at 14, and haven't really looked back.
Before leaving to go to Edinburgh just before turning twenty, I had probably presented every show on the station at least once.

For eight years I presented the breakfast show on Edinburgh's main pop station Forth One, switching after that for many years to sister station Forth2, to host and produce interviews and features. I've also worked across many of Scotland's commercial radio stations, in England on Bauer's music networks, and for BBC Radio Scotland.

For many years I presented a daily live show from London across the UK on LBC - Leading Britain's Conversation - a national news/talk station reaching over three million listeners every week.
One day though the sudden call of the North was too great to resist, and I left not just one dream job to take up another another, but also to take up our dream life: Iceland.
I am the host and producer of The RÚV English service - daily audio in English from Iceland's national broadcaster, RÚV.
